By downloading the Software or using any of the services provided by the Software (the "Services"), please read summary below:
1. The service is adult only (18+).
2. We are not liable for any content or statements you make while using Temony. Please note that we do not actively monitor the site's content. However, if there’s anything wrong, either through our own observation or user reports, of any inappropriate content posted by you, we reserve the right to remove it at our discretion.
3. .If you post content that infringes upon someone else's rights and they express dissatisfaction or take legal action, we are not held responsible. You are solely accountable for the content you post.

The Legal Content
Temony is a social media platform and mobile application designed specifically for elites. It serves as a platform for meeting new people, engaging in discussions, sharing photos and accessing news and information. Our primary goal is to provide a fun and enjoyable experience while ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all users. To maintain this environment, we require that one who uses Temony in a manner consistent with its purpose and in compliance with our terms and conditions, as well as the Temony Contact Guidelines and Safety Tips.
When we refer to Temony, we are encompassing the website www.temony.com and its associated websites and applications. The Terms represent a legally binding agreement between you, as the user, and Temony (referred to as "we" or "us"). These Terms apply to your use of Temony, regardless of whether you have registered with us. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully read and understand the Terms. By accessing, using, registering for, or receiving services offered on Temony, you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the site and rules relating to content
Who the Temony serves for?
Temony is an online platform intended for adults to meet and interact. In order to use Temony's features and become a registered member, you must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your country of residence, if it is higher than 18).
By using Temony, you confirm and guarantee that you possess the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by the Terms. Furthermore, you affirm that your use of Temony will not violate any laws or regulations in your country of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Additionally, you warrant that you have not been convicted of any offenses and are not subject to any court orders related to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment.
What kind of content can I post or upload on Temony?
You have the ability to post or upload various types of content, such as photographs, videos, messages, and other materials ("Content") on Temony. However, there are guidelines regarding acceptable content. Therefore, when using Temony, you must refrain from posting, sending, or uploading any Content that:
1. Contains offensive language or expletives likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy others.
2. Is obscene, pornographic, or violates human dignity.
3. Is abusive, insulting, threatening, or promotes, depicts, or encourages violence, self-harm, suicide, racism, sexism, hatred, or bigotry.
4. Encourages illegal activities, including terrorism, inciting racial hatred, or constitutes a criminal offense in itself.
5. Is defamatory.
6. Relates to commercial activities, such as sales, competitions, advertising, links to other websites, or premium line telephone numbers.
7. Involves the transmission of "junk" mail or spam.
8. Impersonates a person, company, or brand with the intent to deceive or confuse others.
9. Contains spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programs, or other malicious code intended to disrupt or damage software, hardware, networks, servers, or other equipment. It also includes Trojan horses or materials designed to wrongfully intercept, damage, or expropriate any data or personal information, whether from Temony or elsewhere.
10. Infringes upon any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
11. Reveals another person in a photo or video without their knowledge or consent.
12. Contains images of children or endangers minors, even if you are also present in the photo.
Please exercise common sense when selecting the content you choose to post, upload, or send via Temony, as you are solely responsible for and assume all liability regarding such content. If you repeatedly violate our guidelines, we may restrict your use of Temony by disabling your account or blocking further access. We may also remove any content you submit to Temony if we believe it violates the Terms or if required by applicable law.
Are there any rules relating to personal data like email address?
On your profile page, it is strictly prohibited to display any personal contact or banking information, whether it pertains to you or any other individual. This includes but is not limited to names, home addresses or postcodes, telephone numbers, email addresses, URLs, credit/debit card details, banking information, or working places. Revealing personal data about yourself to other users, whether through email or any other means, is done at your own risk.
We strongly advise exercising caution when sharing personal details with third parties online, just as you would in any other situation. It is essential to adhere to our Guidelines and Safety Tips when engaging in such interactions.
What about others personal data, can I use it?
You are permitted to utilize other users' personal data solely within the scope of Temony's purpose, which is to facilitate individuals in meeting one another. However, it is strictly prohibited to exploit other users' information for commercial purposes, spamming, harassment, or making unlawful threats. Temony retains the right to terminate your account or restrict access to its features if you misuse or abuse other users' information.
If someone wants to see all the chats I'm chatting with. Can I tell them my password and let them log in?
Absolutely no. It is crucial that you maintain exclusive access to your Temony account. Sharing your password with others or allowing anyone else to access your account compromises the security of the content and personal data you have provided to Temony. It is your responsibility to safeguard your password and ensure its security. Temony cannot be held accountable for any unauthorized access to your account if you fail to do so.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone without authorization, please notify us immediately by contacting our support team and expressing your concerns. It is also vital that you promptly change your password. Violating our guidelines regarding password security may result in the termination of your Temony account.
Who can see the content that I put on Temony?
When you upload content to Temony, it becomes accessible and viewable by other users of the platform. If you do not wish for such content to be seen by others, it is advisable not to upload it to Temony. We retain the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notification, to remove, edit, limit, or block access to any content you upload or submit to Temony. This action may be taken without incurring any liability to you.
We are under no obligation to display or exhibit any content that you submit to Temony. Additionally, we are not obligated to verify the accuracy or truthfulness of any content submitted to Temony, nor are we obligated to monitor your use of the platform or the activities of other users.
Anything else you need to know?
By using Temony, you agree to the Terms outlined, and as a result, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. This license permits you to use Temony, upload content, and utilize its features solely for personal use. Apart from this granted license, you do not possess any other rights in relation to the site, app, or its content and features.
It is strictly prohibited to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or exploit the site or its content in any manner unless explicitly authorized. If you breach any of the Terms, the aforementioned license will automatically terminate, and you must promptly delete or destroy any downloaded or printed content from Temony.
2. Ownership of the content
Once I have uploaded content on Temony, do I still own it?
Indeed, when posting, uploading, or sending content on Temony, you affirm and guarantee the following to us:
1. You are the exclusive author or rightful owner of the content, and you agree to waive any moral rights associated with that content, including the right to be identified as the author.
2. You have obtained the necessary license that permits you to use, post, or upload the content.
3. You have obtained the appropriate consent or authorization to use, post, or upload the content.
By posting, uploading, or sending content on Temony, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so. Additionally, you automatically grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use the content in any way. This includes but is not limited to editing, copying, modifying, adapting, translating, reformatting, creating derivative works, incorporating into other works, advertising, distributing, and making the content available to the general public, whether in whole or in part, and in any current or future format or medium.
We have the right to assign and/or sub-license the aforementioned license to our affiliates and successors without requiring further approval from you. If any third party claims that the content posted or uploaded by you on our app or site violates their intellectual property rights, right to privacy, or any other law, we reserve the right to disclose your identity to that third party.
Who does the rest of the content on Temony belong to?
All text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds and artwork on Temony are owned, controlled or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law rights.
Can I use any of the Content that doesn't belong to Temony?
Except for the content you submit to Temony, you do not possess any rights to the content on the platform. You agree not to engage in any activities that could infringe upon our rights or the rights of any third party in relation to the content. This includes refraining from copying, modifying, adapting, distributing, publishing, or selling the Temony site or any of its content (excluding the content you have submitted) to any other individual or entity.
3. Paid for services and subscriptions
What can I get on Temony Premium?
Please be aware that when you subscribe to any premium service, the payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. However, within the first 24 hours of subscribing, you have the right to cancel and receive reimbursement for all payments made. The refund arrival time may vary depending on the platform rules (e.g., Apple iTunes Store, Google Play, etc.). It's important to note that if you download any content included in the paid service within the 24-hour period, you may forfeit the right to a refund. Once the initial 24 hours have elapsed, the paid services become non-refundable.
You can modify your Auto Top-up settings at any time within your payment settings on your profile page. The pricing of the premium service may vary due to several factors, including but not limited to promotional offers, loyalty bonuses, and other discounts.
How do I renew my premium services on Temony?
Once you have requested a Temony premium service, you grant Temony the authorization to charge your selected payment method. If you wish to cancel or modify your payment method, you can do so through the payment settings option in your profile or by contacting your mobile service provider. If your chosen payment method is through your mobile service provider, please refer to their payment terms, as they will govern the payment process, including changes or cancellations, for payments to Temony.
Your subscription to Temony's premium services will automatically renew until you decide to cancel. If you have enabled the Auto Top-up feature, your account will be automatically replenished until you choose to disable this feature.
Can I transfer any of my paid services to another Temony user?
No. If you choose to utilize any of premium features, or services offered by Temony to enhance your user experience, it is expected that you use these services for yourself and not transfer, purchase, or sell them to or from other Temony users, whether for free or as a sale.
Temony reserves the right to refuse providing paid services if it is determined that you have attempted to transfer these services to another user or have tried to acquire them from another user. Paid services will only be provided to the individual for whom they were issued.
Will the credits last forever?
No. We reserve the right to expire any unused credits expire in 6 months (unless the credits are purchased through iTunes). If you delete your account or if your account is terminated by us due to breach of these Terms, you will lose any accumulated credits. If you receive free or promotional credits, we may expire them at any time. Credits are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from us unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Access to the app and site
Do you guarantee that Temony will be up and running at all times?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee that because sometimes we have to carry out maintenance to the app or site or they may be affected by a fault or circumstances which are outside our control, so Temony is provided on an "as is" "as available" basis. No warranty is given about the quality, accuracy, functionality, availability or performance of Temony and we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, amend, modify or vary the service provided on Temony without notice and without incurring any liability to you.
What about mobile access?
You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to ensure your access to Temony, including but not limited to paying any fees charged by your Internet provider, mobile internet provider, or any other associated charges. Temony cannot be held responsible for any limitations in functionality that may occur as a result of accessing Temony through mobile services or any similar service, both presently and in the future.
By accessing Temony or consenting to receive messages or notifications from Temony via your mobile phone or other connected media devices, you acknowledge and accept that you may incur charges from your internet or mobile service provider. Temony will not be liable for any such charges under any circumstances.
I'm not registered and I can't seem to access some content or features on the app or site. Why is that?
Non-registered users of Temony have access only to the publicly available portion of the platform. As non-registered users, they will not have a profile and may have limited ability or restrictions when it comes to uploading content.
The level of access granted to registered users of Temony will be determined based on specific criteria related to their profile. These criteria may vary and can be subject to change or updates at the discretion of Temony, without prior notice.
It is important to note that the specific criteria for registered users and any changes made to them are determined by Temony and are within their discretion.
5. Termination of Use for us
My profile has disappeared and I can't log in. What's going on?
In situations where users on Temony may forget or disregard the Terms and engage in activities or behaviors that are inconsistent with the purpose of the app or site, Temony reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to take the following actions:
1. Suspend or revoke your registration (if applicable), as well as your right to access, use, or submit any content to Temony.
2. Utilize available operational, technological, legal, or other means to enforce the Terms, including the option to block specific IP addresses.
Temony may, but is not obligated to, provide notification if your access to Temony and/or your profile is suspended or terminated. If you have violated the Terms, Temony will keep a record of the violation, and it may block any future attempts by you to use or access Temony and its features in order to maintain a pleasant environment on the platform.
6. Termination of use for you
What do I do if I want to "delete account" from Temony?
If you have registered on Temony, you can terminate your registration at any time by going to the 'Settings' control on Temony when you are logged in and choosing the 'delete account' . Once your registration is terminated, we have the right to delete any related content that you have submitted or uploaded on to Temony. For further details, please refer to our privacy policy.
Content that you have uploaded to Temony, other than your profile (such as comments or email messages), may still appear on Temony following termination of your registration.
7. Abuse/Complaints
Someone is not obeying the Terms, who should I tell?
You can report any abuse or complain about content on Temony by contacting us via email or contact form on our website/app outlining the abuse and or complaint. You can also report a user directly from a profile, by clicking the 'Report' on their profile, choosing the reason for the complaint and providing us with any additional information you think fit. We will always try our best to help resolve any issue that you may encounter with our service.
8. Privacy Policy
Do you have guidelines in place about what you can do with personal data?
Temony processes information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. It is recommended that you read and familiarize yourself with the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy before using Temony. By using Temony, you agree to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you warrant that all data provided by you to Temony is true, correct, and accurate.

Are the links on the app or site anything to do with Temony?
Temony may include links to other websites, resources, and purchase opportunities provided by third parties. These links are provided for informational purposes only. If you choose to access these links, you may be directed to third-party websites that operate under their own terms of use and privacy policies, which may differ from the Terms of Temony. The presence of these links does not imply our endorsement of the third-party content, information, sites, or resources.
Please be aware that Temony has no control over the content of third-party websites or resources, and we do not assume any responsibility for them, including their compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
I forgot the rules here and now someone is threatening to sue me. Will the lawyers sort it out?
No. If you engage in behavior that causes distress or upsets other users on Temony, you are responsible for the consequences of your actions. Temony expressly disclaims any responsibility and liability for your conduct or the conduct of any other user on the platform. Additionally, Temony disclaims any liability for content uploaded by you or any other user.
Under the provided Terms, there are certain limitations and exclusions of liability. However, there are exceptions to these limitations and exclusions, which include:
1. Liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
2. Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
3. Liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Temony expressly excludes all implied conditions, representations, warranties, and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or equity. Temony's total liability to you in respect of losses arising under or in connection with the Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, is limited to $20.
Regarding the reliability of Temony and the information provided on it, Temony has made reasonable efforts to ensure the currency, availability, correctness, and completeness of the information. However, Temony does not provide any warranty or representation, whether express or implied, about the information contained on Temony. The use of Temony and its materials is at your own risk.
Temony cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the transmission or use of data or inaccurate content posted by users. Users are responsible for taking necessary precautions to ensure that any material obtained from Temony is free of viruses or harmful components. Temony does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to Temony, and it is not responsible for any damage to computer hardware, software, or other equipment due to security breaches, viruses, bugs, tampering, fraud, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or other technical malfunctions.
In the event a defect is discovered within Temony, Temony will make efforts to repair or fix the defect free of charge and with minimal inconvenience to users as soon as possible.

11. Compensation
I forgot the rules here and now someone is threatening to sue you. What now?

Additionally, any partial or single exercise of a right, power, or privilege by either party does not prevent further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.
The Terms do not grant any other third party the benefit or the right to enforce any term of the Terms. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to the Terms.
